Brunching like a royal at Royal M Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi

Habibti Magazine was recently invited to experience Friday Brunch at the Royal M Hotel & Resort Abu Dhabi.

One taxi, flight and another taxi ride later, we pulled up outside the majestic hotel, located in Al Bateen Marina.

The hotel exterior is impressive and striking against the waterfront, and once inside, the hotel itself is modern and striking.

We headed to the restaurant for brunch and were not disappointed.
The brunch was spread across the large spacious restaurant as well as spilling outside, poolside, giving diners the option of indoor and outdoor seating.

With a fresh fish and sushi stand, live cooking station for omelettes, continental station, with noodles, pan fried fish, shwarma, beef curry, and salted fish as well varieties of different breads, soup station, salad stations and cheese and crackers station, including a juice and smoothie station, leading to outside poolside for live cooking Indian station, including a tandoor for fresh nan bread, as well as live cooking pasta station.

Dessert was an equally lavish affair with a chocolate fountain, with both milk and white chocolate, mini pastries, cakes, shot glass deserts and fresh fruit.

We chose to sit outside poolside and enjoy the beautiful weather and sea views, this was accompanied by a live music; beautiful harp music, creating the perfect ambience of a perfectly relaxing sunny Friday.
